There was miscommunication over days ready for X-ray to check pregnancy of my dog. However everyone was very friendly and nice. I appreciate the lengths Lynda went through to show me remorse for my situation and provide me a full refund. My first impression was wrong they are a lovely vet company who provides exceptional customer service. I never had a company go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our service and provide a personal fast response to my issue the way they did. I would recommend them a thousand times as I know when to acknowledge a great company who has their customers happiness as it’s first priority.

Linda, Rex and Ben were amazing when my daughter came from Colorado with her sick little coco! He made everything easy and got her right in. She ended up having emergency surgery for an infected uterus and Rex was so nice and explained everything to us before it happens. Definitely recommend!

i never write reviews but this place deserves one. my cat was not eating, not playing and overal just not being himself. i called and explained to them i didn’t have the money to help him. they gave me ways i could help him at home and said if i needed help to call them again to help me through the steps. he explained it sooo well. i also went to the them a few weeks ago to get him neutered. they were nice and had the sweetest kitty in the waiting room.

I live in Central Oregon. I have been needing to have my 2 year old German Shepherd spayed for several months. My local Vet quoted $1,300 - $1,900 for the surgery! My sister swears by the care and integrity of this Vet. She contacted them & they quoted CONSIDERABLY less. So, I took a road trip! I got to visit my sister, had a vacation, & Zhiva was spayed, all of which totalled about the same cost as my local Vet's quote!! Zhiva is doing wonderfully. More than the first half of her required restricted activity (with no swimming allowed!) was accomplished with the visit & travel. A person can't beat the fair pricing, care & friendliness of the staff!

Great vet.. open Saturdays.. reasonable prices.. They've always gotten my dog right in, even after hours. Competent and friendly staff, I recommend this business to anyone looking for a vet.

They have taken care of our Fur Babies and if we have any questions they answer them without hesitation. They are fast and friendly. Our dogs love going there.

I called right before they opened and left a message. I received a call back within minutes. She must have known I was upset, they got me an appointment the same day and if I wouldn't have had another appointment to go to, they would have got me in within the hour. They wasted no time getting my cat on medication and made a follow-up appointment for a week later. They were caring and listened when I told them what I'd tried and the environment she's in. Plus it was the most inexpensive vet visit I've ever had! I highly recommend them. Their biographies on their website give a lot of information on the skills they have as well as show the compassion/ love they have for animals. They made a bad morning much easier.

The most amazing people I have ever worked with. They took such good care of my boy and listened to all of my concerns. We had a fairly big orthopedic operation done and I am so happy with the results so far.

Usually my reviews are when a place is abysmal, not in this case. I've been coming here since I moved to Wyoming in 2022 and they take amazing care of both of my dogs. Not only are my pets treated like family, but so am I. I am a disabled person with real diagnosed ptsd and anxiety and one of my dogs is trained for my condition. They allow me to stay here whenever my dog is being operated on or receiving care and to me that matters far more than anything else. It’s quite clear that they care for my pets and other peoples pets as well and I feel the utmost gratitude for the continued care as both of my dogs are now seniors and one of them is an MDR1 carrier so she requires a gentle hand when it comes to vaccines and anesthesia. They are occasionally more expensive than some of the other clinics in the area, but I'm willing to pay more to be able to sit with my dog while she's in recovery. This is something you simply cannot put any price on. I'm glad I found a vet team I can trust, it’s what matters the most. Yes they are out in the boonies, but that's fine by me because a little drive is nothing on the price of quality care.
